Cannot run any tests on this dbase #4

I downloaded the dbase and follow the READ.md from:

https://github.com/pulp-platform/pulpissimo/blob/master/README.md#building-the-rtl-simulation-platform

On running the hello test I get the following error:

Error (suppressible): (vsim-19) Failed to access library '/home/grads/p/prh537/hackdac/pulpissimo/sim/modelsim_libs/tb_lib' at "/home/grads/p/prh537/hackdac/pulpissimo/sim/modelsim_libs/tb_lib"

Please advise
