It is now possible to toggle between english and norwegian by pressing a button in the header.

You need to run this command to make the translations work

django-admin compilemessages

Still need translation: Footer, about, rules

A lot of strings are not translated yet, but we should still merge this if we want to start working towards a fully translated website. @CJGutz

We might have to add something to the deployment script because translated messages need to be compiled with the above command
