@xxl228 @kcoronel Here's MVP flow for desktop
Thank you @fenglugithub I can see this user flow is almost complete. Is there any plans to make a Customer Journey Map? This article talks about the differences between the two.. I am just curious, if there is no plan for making one, it is totally fine. I am mostly curious. If there is one, please share with me as well. @kcoronel
Thank you @xxl228 Currently, we don't have plans to create a Customer Journey Map. However, if it needs to be included alongside the user flow, please let me know. We can discuss it further in a meeting if necessary.
@fenglugithub Will you be able to add a milestone to this issue please!
Hey team,
I'm leaving my questions/comments regarding the MVP user flow here in case I can't make it to the Tuesday meeting to share them in person.
The flow diagram seems to suggest that a site visitor should register as a user ONLY AFTER they have completed onboarding. Is this correct? If so, how do we make this clear to the visitor? Is there text regarding this requirement on the Home Page or the Register/Login Page?
Are the three steps following "enter email verification to sign up" part of the registration process? If a user doesn't complete the skill matrix or their availability, are they still considered registered? Can they save the "questionnaires" and come back to them to complete another time? If they have completed the questionnaires and log in after a few months and want to update their skills or availability, can they do this?
Thanks!
@fenglugithub Hey Lu, the dev team has finished reviewing the MVP flow. All of our comments are on the figma. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Assigning this to @fenglugithub and moving it to "in progress"
