Consider Food Donors as user for Food Oasis #1253

Quick scan of the existing data and discussion out there regarding free food sourcing: Individual donors are critical to food banks and pantries as government funding dwindles post pandemic. Food insecurity levels not expected to return back to a normal baseline for another 3-5 years ; others say even longer. Food banks are having to serve at elevated levels since pandemic (and other factors).

  1. Brief research report on individual donors as critical to food banks and pantries
  2. Discuss whether we should include in our user research donors as users
  3. Can we get analytics on how many donors come through our website?

@GigiUxR When reviewing the project board, you created this issue but there is no description. What was the reason you added this to the board, and why is it titled as a Draft?

Moving to Icebox as we need to assess if this is a critical metric for Food Oasis, and given current priorities of the Impact Sprints 2022, this should be reevaluated after October when the sprints are completed.
