We need to audit the drive so that we can know what files to move and if the receiving end is ready.

@BCHEN222 saw that files had existing duplicates already in the new drive (probably because team members had manually ported them over before). Do we still need to move the originals over? Seems like they wouldn't be valuable as the needed information is already over (or is out of date).

@BCHEN222 also if any legacy files are just images/assets, would it make sense to just duplicate them over instead of reaching out to the legacy owner? seems a quick copy could suffice and save time from reaching out if this is just for reference

1. Yes, make sure to verify that those are in fact the same exact files. If they, drive migration has probably already occurred so check off "file migration" in the spreadsheet so we know that those files are good to go.
2. If you are able to, go ahead. Since the legacy owner is in control of their files, I don't know if you are able to duplicate them. Use your best judgement; for images and assets that are purely for reference and aren't needed to be worked on further, I agree that duplication is fine.

@jamiesiu please ignore the directions that Brian just gave about how to treat legacy files. Do not duplicate existing files. The original files MUST be moved. I will explain more later.
