Create script that rolls up the data from the time sheets

Overview

We need to create a script that sweeps the data from a submitted time sheet out of the workbook into the roll up sheet

Details

This script should:

• advance the counters in Global Values
• lock the sheet that has been submitted, so that they can't edit or resubmit
