Admin Dashboard - Improve hacker export feature

Overview

Refers to hacker export feature on admin dashboard. Currently, not all fields are included when you export hacker info.

Need to add:

• age
• dietary restrictions
• number of previous hackathons
• I authorize MLH to send me occasional emails about relevant events, career opportunities, and community announcements.

Need to remove:

• Dribbble URL
• Would you prefer to attend McHacks in person or virtually?

• travel

  admin info (create a separate issue later): add

• ethnicity
• country of residence
• number of previous hackathons

Implement a dropdown menu from the export button that allows us to select which data/fields we want. Include all fields.

Currently, it appears that the only fields which sponsors can see are: first/last name, email, school, field of study, graduation year, degree, job interest. Whereas staff can see all fields. So of the fields that need to be added, which should sponsors be allowed to see?
