compact theme anchor bug #135

the compact theme makes a whole bullet point an anchor tag if there are two urls within it.

@morenoh149 it also looks like your PDF isn't picking up the associated stylesheet at generation time, or is otherwise missing styles.

@hacksalot which stylesheet? btw the most recent generation of the compact theme had more regressions than orginally noted (I didn't mention that earlier as I figured it's best to address on issue at a time).

1.7.x has had a ton of regressions, most of them caused by refactoring to support HMR in different scenarios (CLI, LAMP, Angular, Docker, Grunt, we have a few). Future releases should be tighter now that we've put in some cycles on beefing up the tests, and thanks to reports like this one. Speaking of which, would you mind if I added or linked an (anonymized) version of your resume to fresh-test-resumes?
