Remove references to ggvis and ggobi in Intro 1.2 #270

Neither ggvis nor (r)ggobi are actively developed. The reader looking for interactive graphics would be better served with pointers to some of the many current packages for interactive graphics (plotly, ggiraph, rbokeh, virgo, ...). In any event, ggvis is not "described below" so that, at least, should be removed.
