Adding Mac OS build functionality #67

The repo for this PR can produce Mac app bundles. I haven't looked into signing or notarizing yet, though, because LUL $99 a year LUL.

The Mac OS binary is currently not feature-complete; see #65 and #66.

Thanks for adding the Readme changes as well. Does removing the locale files mean that the Packs are updated? I had opened https://github.com/MagicSetEditorPacks/Full-Magic-Pack/pull/4 way back when to account for some of that, but I think this build also has some additional entries for translation.

Diff'd the english locale between the two repos and the Full-Magic-Pack looks to be more up to date, so that's awesome.

I pushed another commit to my fork that adds the plist and icns files, since I forgot to last time. ^^;
