macOS + Wine Toolbar Behavior #84

Couple issues here.

macOS Dark Theme gets applied poorly, ideally want to pin MSE to light theme.
Toolbars draw over each other. Switching tabs doesn't clear the last toolbar.
Hover style on primary navigation tabs has an awkward doubling effect.
