This PR does not include any new features. It's rather an attempt to get the template up to date with the latest changes across the packages used.

This PR contains an absolute upgrade to the latest version of all the npm packages.
Replacement of the FAKER package with FAKER JS. Due to Marak's issue with GitHub and NPM.
Mongoose options configured for support for the latest MongoDB version
