Describe the bug

It use to be working, but today doesn't work and shown either "There was an error with your request" or " OpenAI error.." how can i de-bug it?

Now after redeployment, entering the question on the page still prompts this:There was an error with your request

I redeployed it again and it prompts openai error，Should be openai's apikey expired caused！
