When closing browser with many tabs later doesn't reopen them #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open some tabs
2. Close browser when this option is set "Confirm before closing multiple tabs"
3. Reopen browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
Expected to see same tabs when reopening browser.

Instead it opens one blank tab by default. To open saved tabs I need to open 
them from "Recently closed section"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest version 1.0.32
