Double click on a tab to close it feature does not work #161

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Double clicking on a tab does not close it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After double clicking on a tab, it should close that tab.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Toolbox (by Google) 1.0.32 | Google Chrome 23.0.1271.97 m | Windows 7 
Ultimate 32Bit

Please provide any additional information below.
This feature used to work for me all the time. 
Today I formatted my PC and reinstalled Chrome and the toolbox extension, and 
this feature won't work anymore. Double clicking on a tab does nothing.

Other features work fine.
