Boss introduction sequence #126

After the chamber dorr closes, the energy bar appears and fills up. During this sequence, the boss is lowered down from the ceiling and performs sweet dance moves. I know it sounds dumb, but that's what really happens... and it's awesome.

This is in progress. The UI is not designed, but a rough version is implemented. It's not clear how we'll select the animations for the boss in order to do the introduction taunt dance thing. I'd like to keep it in the guichan side of the house so we're not spawning real entities just to play their taunts for a second or two.
