svtools vcfpaste error #310

Hi,

I have 50 samples vcffiles from CNVntor tool. So further I am trying per-sample VCFs were combine together using svtools vcfpaste. While running svtools vcfpaste -f vcf_file_list -t temp-dir, I am getting ERROR: VCF files differ in length.

Kindly help to fix this issues. Thanks in advance.
