Help is displayed no matter what #33

The help output is displayed even on a successful invocation of fcli. It should only be displayed on an incorrect invocation or if --help is specified.

Sorry this must be on me because of how the bare --version parameter is invoked with #29. I am surprised because I tried firing off tasks to make sure this was not happening.
