Request: Make benchmarks comparing ECHO to ProjectC Schedulers. #1

Currently I am using ProjectC BMQ as my scheduler. I would be interested to see ECHO be compared to BMQ and PDS.

I am interested to see echo vs bmq too. I might do this benchmark if I got enough time. I also don't mind if you push your benchmarks to this repo.
