already there are a bunch of time saver bash scripts. all repeated tasks such as generating a backup , restoring that backup , reseting server , init server , ... must be available under a unified CLI. maybe we need to support windows too.

write python and ... drivers on top of it. instead of rewriting all the codebase just use its outputs under the hood.
