Option to disable status bar icon #33

The icon and status text are rather large and aren't necessary for normal operation. A command to toggle show/hide would be a nice addition.

After digging through the source I discovered there was already a setting for this in the VS Code config - perhaps a note in the readme would be helpful to know about those.
