[Feature Request] Whispering #125

I've tried putting the /w gm in the text in the Sayings UI, but that doesn't seem to do the thing. Am I missing a way to do this? If not, would it be hard to add?

There isn't currently a way to whisper. I will add this.

Implemented in 1.12.1 (Foundry VTT v11)
