Is it all possible to create a new entry, say, for the number of volume? How can you create a new entry?

I am not sure I understand what you are asking. If you are asking about how to get the volume information from a bibtex entry into your note, use {{entry.data.fields.volume}} in your template. Anything in the bibtex entry not in the default list with handlebars can be accessed like that (see #100). If you are not asking about this, please give more information as it's not clear what you are asking about.
