command needed to insert subsequent citations #195

I use the Chicago 17th (full note, short title subsequent) format. Currently, your plugin offers options and commands to insert the full citation, but I haven't found the command to insert subsequent or secondary citations.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to use this plugin to insert short title subsequent citations of the same work. Besides the issue regarding a variable for this purpose (discussed in issue #176), there doesn't appear to be a command in Obsidian to insert a subsequent citation.
