HAPI-1942: Invalid _has parameter syntax: _has #756

I'm new to working with HAPI FHIR servers and just spun up the server to test it out. I'm running into an issue where it's not recognizing the "_has" search parameter. I was wondering if there is a particular configuration to enable this (I know it's possible on the public demo HAPI FHIR server).
