Unsubscribe from emails #125

There should be a quick way of unsubscribing from emails (with a link in every email).

Clicking this should allow people to unsubscribe from just that type of email, from all emails, or to close their account.

This is now done. It uses a signature in the email to ensure people can only unsubscribe themselves.

We require a login for editing notification settings or closing of account.
