Allow custom templates for pages #61

We should allow pages to have different page styles - written in normal django templates, and then have the page fill in blocks in the template.

This would allow us to have to pages written in markdown, but still allow full power of HTML when needed.

As part of the redesign - this idea has been changed. Instead pages will simply allow a collection of blocks to be placed on the two-column layout. Blocks will be provided by plugins or custom (e.g. a HTML Block, a Text block, and Image block, etc.)
