Hi I was wondering if you could help me out with this error I encountered while runnin the pipeline /home/jason/Documents/piggy/bin/piggy -i /home/jason/Documents/piggy_results/complete -o /home/jason/Documents/piggy_results/complete/results -r /home/jason/Documents/roary/complete -t 8 -R

The error is as follows

IGR cluster files created. Doing all-vs-all IGR cluster blast search... FATAL: Argument 1 ("-db") is not recognized or is improperly formed. EXIT CODE 5 failed to do all-vs-all IGR cluster blast search
