JACK port CV metadata? #1

I know it's an older app, and Harry you're probably busy, but JACK/LV2 CV has more recently been implemented in a few hosts (mod-host, Carla, Zrythm), so if anyone out there were interested in updating jm2cv to use the JACK CV port metadata..

Hi, thanks for reporting and asking. Indeed this isn't my code, and I'm not familiar with it really... perhaps post a question on the MOD forum and see if anybody there is interested in, or has previously worked on a MIDI->LV2 CV translator?

I guess your use-case is a MIDI controller with CC knobs, and you'd like to control some CV ports?
