Currently nothing is saved to the top table if there's no matching record, so it's impossible to tell whether a record hasn't been matched or if there was no result.
Users need to be able to mark a record as 'no result' so that they can see accurately what they've processed
There's also a bug with saving 'no result' - need to harmonise the text used in the form and what saving to the top table expects
