Rek convert s3 script

This PR is to merge the conversion script to the experimental branch rather than the develop branch and replaces this PR.

Since it was last approved, it includes:

• moving CasesMetadata.jsonl to under the Volume dir
• moving Cases.jsonl to under the Volume dir
• switching barcode to id as a key in the VolumeMetadata.
• Everything after this merge. Everything before that merge has been approved by Matteo/Jack in the previous PR.
