Link to CourtListener could go to Advanced Search page #2211

Hey all, everybody at FLP is cheering at the updated link to CourtListener in your nav bar. We really appreciate it and it gave us all a boost, but I thought it might be better to have it go to the advanced search page:

…instead of the homepage.

I wanted to send a PR with the tweak, but after digging around in the code I came up blank. Arg! I think I just need a pointer to where the new website is.

Sorry! Happy to do the work if somebody can give a pointer (assuming the idea is welcome).

And, of course, once I file the bug, I find the answer I'm looking for. I opened a PR for this over in capstone-static, so I'll close this.
