What does this Pull Request do?

First commit has non-functional expected test results updated with latest tool versions
A WordPerfect test has been updated with a missing WordPerfect document
The jpylyzer tool has been reordered in the fits.xml config files
Updated expected test output has been updated to accommodate the reordered tools

How should this be tested?

Visual inspection Run test suite from Docker container as described in README.md
