Can't support my own question -> Remove Button. #385

cantsupportmyownquestion This needs a fix in the locality page and in the single question page. It's better to avoid the error than display an error message. NOTE: I can still support other users' questions, and they still can support mine.

What I meant is to avoid the error before it occurs, instead of displaying an error message. Please read again the opening message of the issue.
