What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on _Upload
2. use browse to select a file
3. click upload

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a file upload should occur

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? On
what web host?
osFileManager V2.2
Windows 7 Ultimate

Please provide any additional information below.
No matter what file I browse and select, I still get the same message.  I've 
updated my file sizes in both php.ini and IIS.
