It'd be nice to have a description explaining that you can choose either the first text box or any of the second two.
You can only provide options, not text, in Modals which is an odd limitation. I tried to get around this by putting instructions in the title but even that can be 100 characters max.
Wonder how hard it would be to have a select box which then updates to show the relevant text boxes, one to mull over.
