servant-api example to be updated with a version of stack that uses `package.yaml` files #10

Given that the servant-api example is 4 years old should it be updated to use an hpack package.yaml file instead of a cabal file?

Sorry, the examples were abandoned, so I just removed them in #19 Closing this in favor of existing #2 to have proper examples
