Broken documentation link #1309

My package shows "Documentation available" but the link does not work. I tried re-uploading documentation both via the package page and also using cabal upload and both reported success. However there was no change to the documentation link at PenroseKiteDart

Apologies: I just realised the "Documentation Available" is not appearing as a link in other packages as well. I guess it is not supposed to be a link!
