For the RFC 5741 changes (#6), we needed to tune the code that generates the table at the top of the front page. The reason for this is that for RFCs, the left upper corner now contains the stream name, which can get long and should not wrap.
The current code makes the left hand side unconditionally wider, which of course may cause more names/affiliations to wrap on the right hand side.
Should we try to make this smarter?
