Hello,

I'm unsure this is the correct place to ask this. Please forgive me if it's not!

I am attempting to set up the above device to track my dog Cyril.

I have managed to get to the point that everything appears to be working but when I add the device to Traccar it stubbornly tells me that the device is offline.

I have tried to use both the phone number and the serial number as the identifier.

I have attempted to find more information regarding steps to follow but I'm not finding anything helpful.

Can someone please give me some help?
