DataLoad: Add task for CNBC CDS data #418

Most likely I will use firefox or chrome for this (especially since this should 
run on linux). 

Looks like chrome extensions might provide what I'm looking for:

Good prototype would extract info from this link:

The actual data in the CDS table is not loaded until the javascript runs.

Don't need this...just need the ajax data url. 

Here's the url the CNBC page uses:

Add a task for CNBC CDS data collection. I think its better than bloomberg.
