Decimals in upper bound in tooltip #426

I am not sure if it's a rendering problem or hastci-server itself, but when I am trying to find best alpha in anomaly detector, I can see any change in the tooltip

Please let me know what do you think

looks like that internally alpha 0.03 produces different from 0.04 detections...
