itemBreakPhysics = false doesnt work [BUG] #998

Describe the bug Breaking blocks creates "doubles" and of those 2 objects there is only 1 real. So I wanted to disable it and in the settings I changed itemBreakPhysics to false. but it doesnt disable it. so this is a double bug/error.

To Reproduce fabric+physics mod +sodium

Please don't set values in the config file. Go into Physics Settings > General > Dropped Item Physics and see if this setting works.

İ tried both ways. İn game settings and after it didn't work İ checked in the config file if it was on false. And it was false.
