add defaultButton placeholder #51

(which is in haxeui core) There s a "AddMainButtonId" that exists for dialog, but there doesn't seem to be any visual difference for Linux on my theme when compiling SimpleDialog hxwidgets sample with or without it. hmm. Maybe it does something for Windows or accessibility?

Hmm, in fact it seems there is a for SetDefault that exists for Buttons will explore this track. Doesn't seem to be what I wanted it to be.
