Feature Request: Save model hash file after downloading model #37

This can help lookup model details quickly through CivitAI. Some other extensions already use it for example: https://github.com/pythongosssss/ComfyUI-Custom-Scripts

Very good suggestion, I think we should save as much information as possible for future use
