Test Explorer Icon not showing/ fails to start #174

Just creating this issue here even though it belongs to the Test Explorer UI on which mocha-test-explorer depends, because a lot of people will flock here for support.

For anyone coming here because they're unable to see the icon for this extension anymore in the sidebar, or the UI fails to load, please go to Test explorer UI's GitHub repository.
