Flask icon not appearing in activity bar #200

Extension doesn't seem to work for me. Flask icon is missing and running mocha-explorer.enable gives me

Command 'Mocha Test Explorer: Enable for a workspace folder' resulted in an error (command 'mocha-explorer.enable' not found)

I tried to enable the log output but didn't really get anything in the output panel. It's unclear to me how to proceed from here... I run VS Code 1.55.1 with Mocha Test Explorer v2.13.3.

Update: Seems to be an issue with the Test Explorer UI.
