Reload a specific file tests instead of the complete project #253

We are using the extension for many years now in our project and it would be so nice if we could reload tests only for a specific spec file intead of the whole project.

Indeed it takes 20 secs to reload the tests from the whole project...

Any possibility to implement this feature?
