continuously shifting with single keystroke #3

Make continuously shifting easier. After invoking the two shift commands the first time, user can continuously shifting region or line by simply hitting [ or ]; hitting anything else will just be transparent therefore not get in the way of editing.

@hbin Hi hbin, how do you think? I personally feel this is handy than keep hitting C-c [, in fact, I stoled this idea from [https://github.com/doitian/iy-go-to-char]. In iy-go-to-char, after first search, user can repeatedly hitting a char for next match.
