Index organisations into our ES-cluster #409

Result of hbz/lobid-gnd#66.

As the index is so small it is no problem to use a local index. But being not part of our ES-cluster comes with some disadvantages, namely it doesn't show up in our cerebro-plugin. Also the local index can't be used by the kibana instance set up in hbz/lobid-gnd#66. We should index lobid-organisations into the ES-cluster.

This should be done before we merge #450

Hm, thinking about it: we would have to refactor to move from ES 2.3.2 to 5.6.3 ... this would be a lot of work. We should not depend #450 on this.
